I am back at full capacity for the next few days. I will be going on leave from March 24th until the 28th. The Deputy Grand Moff will have command in my absence.
News

4.Two new members have joined our ranks this week. A special welcome to them!
5.Sif to open soon! Applications being accept, submit to SMF and MoS.
6.Still awaiting Fleet Commander approval of the Directorate Manual. This should come soon now that the FC has the Manual URL in his inbox again. ;-)
7.Minos declared unstable. The EHCS have requested that everything of importance be moved elsewhere.

Directorate Wide Competitions
Note: Some modifications have been made to the Supremacy Competition. ;-)
Directorate Supremacy Competition
Introduction
Directorate Supremacy will place individuals and planets against one another in this competition to determine who is supreme, hence the name.
How to Play
-Participate in any of the sections
-Earn points for everything you do
-Assure everything is sent to AD Orzon (ma4sbwithu@aol.com)
-Entries must be submitted before 12:00 AM Central Time of the due date or they will not be counted.
-Submissions must of DS:<EVENT> in the subject or they will not be counted. As well as a note within the email which states the same information with some detail.
-Start Date: February 25th
-End Date: March 31st
Scoring
-Planetary: Each planetary member’s points will attribute to their planet. The planet with the most points will win.
-Individual: Each Directorate member will also play against each other. The individual with the most points will win.
-While specific points are deemed for each event, this is the maximum of points in some cases
-Current scores will be announced at least one a week, probably in the Directorate Domain Report
-The Ministry Council may participate; they will be considered a planet. ;-)
-The System Moff's points will go towards each planet
Events
Fiction (Max: 75 pts)
An officer may write a piece of fiction based on the Directorate. Points will be awarded by considering, plotline, character depiction, climatic event, and attention grabbing. You may also submit any sort of writing such as poems or prose.
Graphics (Max: 50 pts)
An officer may create graphics based on the Directorate. Points will be awarded on not just “looks” but also the amount of thought placed into it.
Run-On Participation (Max: 15 points)
Points will be given for total posts, substance of post, relevance, and creativity. You will not receive any points for major story deviation or breaking any Run-On rules set in the past.
SWGB Multiplayer (5 point per participation, 10 points for winning)
An officer may combat any other Directorate officer and both officers must submit to the competition director on winner and loser, as well as scores.
SWGB Campaign Completion (20 points)
Complete any of the EH Battle Center SWGB campaigns and submit a profile.
Rebellion/Supremacy Multiplayer (5 point per participation, 10 points for winning)
An officer may combat any other Directorate officer and both officers must submit to the competition director on winner and loser.
Directorate Battle Center Submissions (5 points)
For submitting multiplayer SWGB and Rebellion and single player SWGB to the DBC. The DBC Coordinator must be sent with the information as well.
CDGI Course: (25 pts)
An officer may complete and pass any course in the CDGI. Copy of passing email must be FWDed to Director. (MEEx will be given 60 pts)
IWATS Course (20 pts)
Same as CDGI section
Recruitment (100 points)
An officer who recruit another officer to the Directorate and have them complete training.
SWGB Mission/Campaign Creation (75 points)
Create a working campaign in SWGB and submit it to the Grand Moff, Minister of Operations and EHTAC.
Awards
The Medal of Strategies will be given for each event, first through third place. In addition, Medal of Strategies will be given to the planets that are in the top three places. Please note, you must have participated in the competition to receive a planetary award. The final award will be a Cross of Superiority for the officer who participates in the most events but not only is it quantity related but also quality.

Recruitment Competition
For every person you recruit, you receive a Medal of Recruitment. If you bring in 3 members that you recruit to the Directorate, you will receive a Star of Domination. In addition, if you bring in 6 members, you will receive a Jerjerrod Cross. If you recruit 9 members to the Directorate, you will get a Minos Star. Additional recruits can mean more medals and possibly a rank promotion. But it doesn't stop there!
At the end of each month, I will tally the amount of recruits people have brought in, and award a Medal of Strategy to the top recruiter! As you can see, you can get a lot of medals out of this competition! But that’s still not it!
If you are currently a planetary member and recruit three people together, you will be given the possibility of being able to lead your recruits in your own planet! Standard Planetary Governor requirements apply, although the rank requirement may be waived.
