This is Grand Master report #36 dating 06 March 2005
~ News ~
It was a quiet week. many things were going on but non of them entered a state where I could write much about.
1. A candidate for KHP has been proposed to Grand Admiral Astatine and is pending official approval.
2. The think tank is continuing with its work.
3. I am still looking for people who have lots of SW knowlegde
4. Work on the vendetta has been delayed until a new KHP has been anounced.
~ Competitions ~
1. As usual the GMTC happens Saturdays at 12AM PST/3PM EST/8PM GMT/9 PM CET. Next issue is on Saturday March 12th.
GMTC supports all MP platforms available in the DB including especially Battlefront and even DIE now. Make sure the dates of the comp get spread through out the DB. There are still people asking when it actually happens. So spread the info about it.
Recently I have seen the Obelisk participation count rise again but the Sith and the Krath are still dead in the water. It seems to me that the Obelisk are reinforcing their claim to be the prime Order of the DB every week. On February 26th there was a year record so far with 10 Obelisk competing.
~ Projects ~
As usual the complete task list for my position, updated where progress or changes were made:

- Implementation of the Action plan
- Vendetta in the next 3 months
- Sort out varies issues as outlined in the action plan
A) Vendetta:
The Rite of Supremcy is over and done , everything is scored - this task is finished.
B) Action plan:
Since this is a rather big pile of tasks I use the segmentation in the plan itself:
1) Communications:
Promotion of good work:
"The GM shall make news posts and other promotional references on the following:"
- Merit awards of Grand Cross or higher - delegated to the CHAN report in the DC task plan
- Meeting trivia awards - done in my report when I get informed about the winners by the trivia host.
- All awards for competitions clan size or larger - right now done for my GMTC comp and delegated concerning other comps to the CHAN report. Added reporting of special comp events like the WoW to that section.
- All vendetta novas - all done - this point is finished
- Select promotions and appointments - Anouncements of all appointments are delegated to the MAA report in general as outlined in the DC task list DC and Clan summit elevations are anounced in my report as well.
- Select Shadow Academy course results - delegated to the HM report as outlined in the DC task list.
That means these tasks have been adressed, are currently executed and constantly minded by me and the other DC members every week.
2) Reports:
All Dark Council members will submit weekly reports to the following entities:
- Dark Council mailing list
- Consuls and Proconsuls
- Main site report system
Done by me since my first report and being told to the rest of the DC all the time and constantly monitored by me. Also outlined in the DC task list.
3) Policy Development:
Expansion/standardisation of the Industrial points system - Discontinued in the DB Think tank due to low feedback there. Currently I am starting up a different approach that hopefully will lead to success this time.
- Loot system - Plans for it will be proposed to Astatine the creator of the loot system in the near future.
- Enforcement of ranks, etc - Task completed. A new protocol by the MAA adressing that matter is in place and is enforced at all time
- appointment ranks - Task completed. A new protocol by the MAA adressing that matter is in place and is enforced at all time
- position pins - Task completed - avaible now as part of the new Grant of Arms.
- Lightsabers - Standard lightsabers are available in the dossiers for DJK+ , Custom Lightsabers will be worked on by the HRLD in the near future.
- GMRG - the existence of this society and use/aims of it will be discussed once the membership count has risen to an acceptable amount to justify an elite society of any kind.

No news I am aware of from my bodyguards second week in a row - what are you doing guys?
~ Avenger Task Force ~
Quite some news from the ATF this week some good but also some quite bad:
1. Last week it was sadly decided that the ISD Subjugator neded to be closed and decomitioned due to low membership count. With being an ex Wing XX pilot myself I really hope that the Shadow Avengers will be able to rise again one day.
2. Also the Avenger COM Ky Terrak resigned and the PCON of CSP and former WC Kane Reese is new AvCOM. Congratulations!
3. With the appointment of Kane Reese as AvCOM his successor as Wing XIX WC is LC Mouse Driod aka GRD Ascol Jerrin from House Ronin of Alvaak. Congratulations as well!
