- SHIP NEWS -

Medals have arrived
In the absence of a Operations Officer, Grand Admiral Astatine was so kind to process all the pending medals which means that all our Imperial Stars for XWA/XvT WoWs, Ship Shapes competitions and MP Training Ladders have been finally awarded. Lieutenant Petothel received 3 IS-SWs, Commander S4patas received the IS-SW and IS-BW. Captain Drax received the IS-SR and Colonel Malidir received 2 IS-BWs. Congratulations all of you!

 FCHG Sprint Race
The 1-week long FCHG race is over and the results are as follow:
1. CPT Tvan'Oris = 93 -> IS-SW
2. CM Big Poppa K = 48 -> IS-BW
3. COL Malidir = 31
4. LCM Nutrientman = 30
5. CM S 4patas = 18
I want to commend these brave pilots for completing so many missions in just one week. Awesome job, especially Captain Tvan'Oris!
Wing comps update
The March Trivia run-on is going to end in a few hours, if you want to win a IS-SR or IS-BR medal run to the Wing XIV forum and participate in the run-on! Deadline for the "Beat the WC" and "Wing Banner Gfx" competitions is , read the rules by clicking the links below and send your entries to the Wing Commander. Remember that the MSE time is near and to participate in competitions is a good way to qualify for a merit award at the end of the month.

Other competitions
Pi squadron is hosting a competition open to all members of the TIE Corps, details are posted here and it seems like there are many IS medals to win. Apologies for the short notice but I have noticed the post on the MB only today. Then there's a new competition hosted by the COMM, it is called Baptism of Fire and it's the first run-on that counts toward the new Medals of Communication. Details about the comp are HERE.

 March WoWs
Commander S4patas has been the best pilot from the Intrepid in the March XvT Week of War and a IS-SW is on his way. The XWA Week of War is already up and running, matches take place on the XWA/XvT Client or on the IRC channel #bsc-XWA (holonet servers). Be sure to have the updated version of the MP Client.
Recruitment Drive
Few days ago SL Magahoo joined our ship and he has been assigned to Krayt Squadron. Unfortunately during the past week we also lost two Lieutenants. LT Haunter (Krayt) has been declared MIA after that all attempts to get in touch with him failed. LT Shivor Dahr left Wing XIV to become the new CO of Phoenix Squadron on the ISD Grey Wolf, this is a great loss for the Intrepid as Asp is now down to 3 pilots, yet I wish the best of luck to Shive for his new job. The Intrepid is down to 33 members and even if we all know that is not the quantity but the quality that counts I would like to see a good recruitment effort from you! I know that recruitment is not a easy task but it's not a impossible task either and, most importantly, a successful recruiter may be awarded very high medals, check out the TIE Corps news below to see what I mean!

The Avenger Task Force Battlegroup Commander has been awarded the Grand Order of the Emperor for his exceptioanl recruitment effort. Through his efforts in posting a recruitment notice on a German Star Wars message board, over twenty (20) new recruits have joined the TIE Corps.
The TIE Corps has never been good at promoting ourselves to outside parties and more than ever, we need to do that. TK-2107's effort showed initiative and a drive to improve the TIE Corps. An exceptional effort on his part.
Celebration 3 donations
