WC promoted!
Another rank promotion on the Intrepid and this time it is our Wing Commander, many congratulations to Malidir on his well deserved promotion to full Colonel! I do hope you will pay some drinks to your friends :p

 New competitions
I've created two new competitions for the Wing XIV. The first one is a FCHG Sprint Race, fly as many missions as you can until Saturday. The two most active pilots will be awarded a IS-SW and IS-BW medals. The second competition is a trivia run-on held on the ISD Intrepid message board, follow this link and answer to the question, if you got it right you will be allowed to post another question then the first pilot to correctly answer to your question will post a new question and so on. Moreover, do not forget about the two other Wing competition hosted by Colonel Malidir, Wing XIV Banner and Beat the WC competitions. Click on the links below or read the WC report for full details.
Delayed Medals
There are still 7 pending Imperial Stars from WoW Incentive and past competitions, well it seems that the Operations Officer decided to resign so those awards cannot be approved until a new OPS will be appointed. Patience is a virtue...

 Recruitment
The house cleaning continues, today 3 pilots of Copperhead have been declared AWOL. Unfortunately there were no new Sub-Lieutenants or Reservists to replace the fired Officers so we are currently down to 34 active members. This is the reason why I'm asking all of you to dedicate some time to recruitment! You may leave a post about the Intrepid on some Star Wars gaming forums (please do not post on another club's forum thou!), you may recruit your friends from real life or other subgroups of the EH, and if you have friends in the Reserves you may contact them and ask if they are interested to return to active service. That said, I want to point out that even if we have three squadrons with 4 pilots, I'll continue to follow the official rules about AWOL and MIA pilots. If you stay out of contact for more than a month without notifying a Leave of Absence to your CMDR, you are out.
XvT Week of War
The March Xwing vs TIE Fighter Week of War is on, as usual matches take place on the XvT Client or on the IRC channel #bsc-XvT (holonet servers). Double check that you have the latest release of the XvT client as the author is releasing a new version every month or so.

Iron Mission Creator Competition!

Members of the TIE Corps and Emperor's Hammer! The Tactical Office is proud to present a new Tactical Competition effective April 2nd or 3rd 2005! The Iron Mission Creator competition will consist of a contest of speed for creating quality free missions.
