The TO wants us to use titles in assorted signatures and banners.

From his report:

Titles
- I would like to encourage the use and awarding of Special Titles:
If your battlegroup, ship, wing, or squadron has won some sort of title please be sure to display it on all reports and, if possible, your banners.
Wing Commanders please look into creating ‘Squadron of the Month’, ‘Pilot of the Month/Week’ competitions.
