Big news this week: Sayo resigned, MAJ Keller replaced him, and ECR V has BEGUN! 

In other news, I will be going on leave this Wednesday until next Sunday. Ky will be gone as well, so MAJ Sarn is A-WC and AD Krax is A-COM until we return.

28 weeks of school left.... yay :P

A fix for the EHBL and TIE for XP

ECR V

Round 1: Immortal vs. Relentless!

The TIE and XWA mission are in you inbox. We get participation points for, well, participating, so even if you don't get the highest score you're helping us to win!

This round will probably be our toughest because the Immortal isn't just going to lie down and let us walk all over them...we'll have to force them down >:P 

Submitting pilot files: For this first round, submit all ECR V pilot files to MAJ Sarn Erec, MAJ Ky Terrak and RA BubbaX (me) by Saturday the 29th. 

Multiplayer, Graphics and Fiction: Each week you can fly MP matches against pilots from the opposing ship and they will count towards our total. Loses and wins both pull in points, but winning obviously gets more. Graphics and Fiction can be submitted to Ky and myself anytime *before* December 23rd. The graphics must include the ships of the BG working together to destroy a Rebel ship/outpost/planet/etc. Fiction must be *at least* 200 words long, and try to keep them from getting too long. The subject of fiction shall be to write a story about one of the ECR training exercises that is interrupted by an unforseen event that makes things go terribly wrong.

Hopefully I'll have the results for Round 1 in my next report.

Recruit! Recruit, recruit, recruit, recruit! :P 

Now to help you, I've put together a few tips on how to get recruits:

* Look for Cadets with AIM because they are easier to contact
* Don't bother contacting Cadets who have been in training for more than three weeks
* Don't bother emailing SLs, LTs, or anyone over the rank of VA in the reserves
* Look for reservists who have been on the Relentless in the past
* Post recruiting messages on any SW forums you come across

These are just a few tips...use them wisely :P


Closing Thoughts

It's a good thing when a slow week involves taking five IWATS courses and flying 82 missions :P 

I don't care if you guys fly a lot of missions during the course of ECR V...all I want is to win this comp. That means that if you're making graphics, or writing fiction submit it for the comp! And be sure the fly the two missions each week. If we can beat the Immortal this week, we can win ECR V...if you need some mroe incentive just remember that there is *only* one flagship...
