Wing XV - ISD Vanguard

Wing XV saw a lot of action this past month, many officers and pilots were promoted and there were quite some medals awarded, Wing XV currently has 36 pilots, numbers are rising slowly as some new cadets joined our Wing.
 
Wing Commander's Own for October is HORNET squadron http://hornet.squadron.org , that is their 3rd in a row !!!
 
Commodore's Protector for October is LT Jack Pavz, also from HORNET squadron !
 
- All Vanguard members are preparing for ASF: Supremacy Competition II http://asf.ehnet.org , which starts on Nov 28. This massive ASF wide competiiton will decide new ASF Flagship and BGCOMs Escort squadron and Vangaurd plans to win it this time.
- And then there is Vanguard Interactive Battle, which starts today (Nov 12) and will run (hopefully) for a long time; since it would take too much space to describe this I will only provide URL http://vib.ehnet.org , I RECOMMEND YOU VISIT THIS SITE !!!
 
- ASF Vengeance Competition October ended (the goal of this competition was to encourage pilots to participate in the October XWA and XvT WoWs)

- Operation Dark Hammer also ended today (unofficial results),
The underdog, GOLIATH fleet stunned ASF fleet and won, despite lower number of Capital ships and starfighters !

- On a sad note, Scorpion squadron was closed after almost all members went AWOL, remaining members joined other squadrons in Wing XV, this means we currently have 5 active squadrons.
