Release Date System Changed
I have moved all issue dates up a month. So what was the Holiday Special is now December, the February issue is now January. While I was following the same system used by magazine publishers in the UK, I find that it does not work on the Internet for some reason. To many people have questioned it, so I have made a change. While all release "dates" are the same, the name of it's month is different. Also there will be no change in issue dates so the archives on the BC website should still be usable.

While the dates are still slightly out, it's no where near as confusing as before. Also remember that submissions deadlines are 1 week earlier than the release date.
